Zillow matched us with him for a viewing and after we met him for the first time we instantly decided to stick with him. Ilan is very professional but at the same time also your best friend. He's always in a good mood and makes the showings fun (even the bazilyionth one). He really listens to what you want and he got to know us so well, that soon he could instantly tell if a house was right for us or not. (and he would never try to sell you a house that isn't perfect for you) He is always (literally always!) available for his clients. You can tell that he loves his job and goes above and beyond to make things work for his clients. Ilan guided us through the craziness of the current market and patiently stood by our side for almost a year until we found the perfect house. He is very knowledgeable and helped us create competitive offers in a very competitive market (without us over spending). Our transaction got really tricky in the end because of issues on the sellers side - Ilan stayed calm and helped us find a lawyer and maneuver through the craziness of the process as well. Now we can finally live in our dream home and cant thank Ilan enough for everything that he has don't for us. We are so lucky that we found him.
